There has been debate over the use of the agent photo on a yard sign.  I an not in favor if it for a couple of reasons
1- Safety.  We all know there are people out there who want to do harm.  What better vehicle than driving a neighborhood, seeing the yard sign of a pretty agent and calling pretending to be a buyer and requesting a showing.  I know we have all been taught not to meet a client at the property and to have them come into the office first.  But assume the listingis near your home, you are … (4 comments)

I know there are alot of good lenders out there and I don't know them all, but I hate it when a buyer brings their own lender to the table.  I am not saying the lender is no good, they are just an unknown that I have to work with.

What is a large back yard?  Well that depands are who you are speaking to.  for example, someone who grew up in the North east might have a very different defination that someone who grew up in Rural Texas.  In the North East, a home on 1/4 acre might seem like a large back yard where in Texas, if you can see a neighbor, the back yard is too small.
