As you well know, people across the United States are screaming about growth and traffic and lack of affordable housing. The cure for a lot of these issues is to go vertical instead of creating urban sprawl. I just wrote an email to the National Association of Realtor's Senior Policy Representative requesting that the National Association of Realtors (NAR) advocate for changes to be made on condo financing to make it more equitable to the condo buyers. There have been lots of changes lately at the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The only thing constant in this world today is in fact change itself. They thought about changing the LOGO but after spending countless hours and money, they appear to have tabled or abandoned that change. They announced an increase in dues which always will cause people to complain. They slowed down, heard but not sure if they listened, and appear to be going forward with the dues increase from $120 a year to $150 However, the one thing I have been struggling with is how in the world they justify … (20 comments)

I just learned that NAR has just acquired some of the pieces of the puzzle to finally produce the national database they have been talking about for quite some time. It should have parcel information on nearly 150 million properties! This project has been referred to in the past as: Gateway Real Estate Channel Library/Archive Currently, it being referred to as the Realtor Property Resource (RPR) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NAR.
