We are seeing them all around our beautiful Scottsdale Arizona. The yellow and lime rental app bikes left on street corners, bus stops, neighborhoods or where ever the rental time runs out. Renters rent the bike on their smart phone app and use them for one way destinations. It appears people love them or hate them. The City of Scottsdale allowed private companies in 2017 to rent bikes using the smart phone apps. Scottsdale welcomes input on bike sharing from residents. Yellow Bikes For Rent in Scottsdale Arizona end up where the rental time expires or at destinations
