Over the years I've called and spoken with literally thousands of fellow Realtors nationwide. It's part of what I do to generate business. I network with other agents. Most of the time the Realtor on the other end is polite and gracious and very open to the idea of being referral sources for one another. And why not? It's an opportunity to connect your clients with a trusted professional AND generate some additional income for yourself. And the only work you have to do is sign a referral form.
