Home sales fell again, which is typical this time of year, and prices dropped too in the Anthem Parkside real estate market during November. Sales decreased 14% from October and dropped 3% year over year.  The average sale price decreased 12% versus October and was down 6% versus November 2017.  The average price per square foot also decreased 1% from October, but was up 12% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market increased 35% compared to October but was down 12% versus November 2017. Over the years I've called and spoken with literally thousands of fellow Realtors nationwide.  It's part of what I do to generate business.  I network with other agents.  Most of the time the Realtor on the other end is polite and gracious and very open to the idea of being referral sources for one another.  And why not? It's an opportunity to connect your clients with a trusted professional AND generate some additional income for yourself.  And the only work you have to do is sign a referral form.

Prices rose but sales activity slipped in the Anthem Country Club real estate market during November. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club was down 6% versus October and was down 12% from Noveber 2017.  Marking 3 months in row of declining home sales. The average sale price increased by 5% from October, but was down 22% from November 2017. The price per square foot also fell 3% from October but was up 4% year over year. Home sales and prices dropped in the Scottsdale real estate market during November. The number of homes sold was down 1% from October and down 11% from last November. This marks five out of the last six months of declining home sales in Scottsdale.  The average sale price decreased 2% from October but is up 4% from November 2017. Homes sales and prices decreased during November in the Phoenix, AZ real estate market.  The number of homes sold dropped by 13% versus October and were down 8% year over year. The average sale price slipped 1% from October, but was up 7% over November 2017. Sellers received about 99% of their list price during the month. Activity in the The Sun City Grand real estate market rebounded nicely in October with prices rising as well.  The number of homes sold in Grand for the month of October was up 28% over September, but down 7% from last year.  The average sale price increased 5% over September and was up 29% year over year.
