I will be the first to tell you that this is a great house. I loved this house when I sold it to my clients a year ago and I still love it. It is a gorgeous home. However, trying to sell it in this market was not easy. Oh we got several offers on the property, but they were those "are you kidding me?" type of offers, and we couldn't quite give it away. Sometimes it is the little things we do that make the biggest impression A few weeks ago I called a homeowner and left a message saying that I have a client that may want to buy their home. (There home is not presently on the market) I really do have a client that pointed out their house and said "that is the one I want" so like a good agent, I went after it for them. Isn't that what you would do?

If you didn't see the Movie "How to Lose a Guy in ten day" it is probably a good thing because none of those rules apply. He, the advertising executive, bets his friends that he can make a woman fall in love with him in 10 days and she, the journalist, is writing an article about how to lose a guy in 10 days. The other day I saw this heading on a magazine. " RESULTS IN 20 MINUTES" Of course, I opened the magazine to read the article. While I read how I could change my body in ONLY 20 minutes, I could not help but laugh about the impatience in all of us. Okay, most of us....
