Unfortunately the foreclosure sale date is in 4 days. While I suppose it is technically possible to do a short sale on her home realistically it's pretty much impossible at this point. One of the Jewels of the Central Valley and Stanislaus county is the Gallo Center for the Arts. I have been to several events there over the last 4 years that it has been open. I believe that this is one of the most important things that we as citizens of this great country can do. Too many people do not vote and I think that is inexcusable. I have made it my goal to help as many people as possible avoid foreclosure. I have successfully listed and closed several short sales this year.

I am sure we have seen bank owned homes with the fixtures removed, appliances gone, carpets torn up, etc. I recently ran across a property where the owners really went to the extreme. I was asked to do an interior Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) by one of the major banks. So I drove out to the property, a 2 acre ranchette out in the country. As I have stated before I really like living here in Turlock. One of the reasons is the close proximity of some world class destinations. One of those is the world famous Napa Valley. There are alternatives to foreclosure. A short sale can be a way out for homeowners that are upside in their property and can't make their mortgage payment. Just a short drive of around 2 hours, in the opposite direction of my last destination (Yosemite National Park) is another one of my favorite places, Monterey California.
