Is anyone seeing a difference in offering a property Rent to Own or Owner Finance as opposed to traditionally selling a property and the buyer getting a mortgage? I, for one, have found that many people do not have the 3% down payment that is required for a Rent to Own or the 10% to get Owner Financing. Hi, I'd like to hear from others about the auctioning of high dollar properties. This consists of properties that are worth more than 1 million dollars. I'm about to auction 5 different properties worth over 1 million dollars each and, like the rest of you, the economy has me a bit worried. I feel that it will be harder for buyers to qualify. Does anyone out there know where I can post my "Owner Finance" listings to the market outside of the U.S.? I do many postings on Craigs List and others and have good success, however, I would like to go after some of the international market. Hi Everyone, As many of you know, I am a real estate investor in North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. After I creatively buy a home, I then either do a Rent to Own/Lease-Option or Owner Finance it. I am interested in doing my Owner Finance Program with 10% down, regardless of credit and thought that it would be a good idea to go after the international market.
