The millennias, as they're also often called, are referred to as the group born between the mid-seventies to late nineties.
While this group came of age during turbulent economic times, homeownership is still a priority to them. It may, however, seem that factors are stacked against them. This group tends to be well educated - many went to college … (2 comments)

real estate: "Success Over Success" - 10/30/13 09:55 PM
The myth of overnight success is a constant idea in the world believing that someone invisible and unsuccessful for the past years, suddenly rise up to fame and success because of the combination of luck, timing, hard work, perseverance, and other ingredients of success.
Although this may be true, it can be very misleading. The words “someday it will all change” may not be true at all.
Instead of long time self-sacrifice with an unexpected grow to fame, people who succeed seemed to be establishing bigger successes over smaller successes. This means that successful people are already successful even before somebody else … (0 comments)

Clearly, despite the good objectives of a friend or relative, unless they are a licensed home inspector there are several issues that can overlooked thereby amplifying the chances of some sort of repair or system breakdown in the near future.
Even with recent construction, items can be unintentionally missed by the contractor. Some heard of a new home that had carpenter … (2 comments)
