The Problem With Mold
This week one of my inspections didn’t go so great due to two separate problems.
* Uno Numero 1 is that the pool is moving away from the house and
* Uno Numero 2 there was mold in the most annoying areas including the air vents.
Needless to say neither the buyers nor the sellers were happy to find out. Me too!!
