One of the things I enjoy doing and that helps my listings not only sell but stand out from the others is to produce inexpensive and eye catching printed materials like flyers, just listed & sold post cards, brochures, and other printed items. You don't have to hire a graphic artist or expensive custom printing to produce your own distinctive flyers, post cards, ete., all you need to do is learn how to use a desktop publishing program like Microsoft Publisher. express copy: Great source for printing

http://www.expresscopy.com/ is a great source of printed materials, i.e. flyers, post cards, business cards, etc. One of the very cool things about Express Copy is that you can e mail them files from where ever you are and after printing them they overnight them at their expense, back to you. I use them a lot of for sale flyers and just have them send the flyers directly to my seller's address and put them in charge of keeping their brochure box stocked.
