Mandatory continuing education (CE) requirements for New Jersey real estate agents have been announced by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Beginning with our 2011 licensing schedule, 12 hours of continuing education will be required during every two year relicensing cycle. NJ Association of REALTORS® is reviewing this rule proposal and will submit comments to the Real Estate Commission during the 60-day public comment period. The NJ Real Estate Commission's proposed Continuing Education regulations are also available for your review and comment.
