calling people by their name: The Name Game--thoughts from A/R's Ann Buchanan

This morning I read a post written by one of the newer members of Active Rain, Ann Buchanan, titled, "The Name Game."
She makes a very valid point - calling people by name creates instant rapport and makes people feel good. Head on over to the post, "The Name Game" written by Ann Buchanan to say "hi," welcome her to Active Rain, and read her thoughts on the subject.
