With TV . . . . When you want to change the channel you press the button on a remote.
When you want to change something in your life . . . . it will take active participation on your part to make the change occur.
If you’re waiting for someone else to make the change for you . . . . you may have a very long wait.

Conflict needs willing participates to continue . . . . Without the participation the conflict will fade away.
When you’re faced with conflict find the best solution to the issues . . . . Work to find the best mutual resolution to the conflict . . . . and put the conflict behind you.
