This is a tradition that has been going on for many years now. You will see most community entrances in the North Atlanta area with a banner with the names of their graduates for that year.

For years I lived in Suwanee and never heard anything about Everett's Music Barn. Then when I began selling new homes in the Stonecypher neighborhood, I kept passing this Red Barn in the back of a local house. One day I was talking to one of our homeowners and he told me they were closing it because most of the family that lived there and ran it had passed away. Suwanee Fest will be kicked off with a parade at 10AM on 9/20. The theme will be Red, White and Blue with Former Army Captain Luis Carlos Mantalvan and his service dog, Tuesday, serving as Grand Marshalls. He is a former Army Captain and New York Times Best Selling Author. Captain Mantalvan will also speak after the Parade.

CITY OF SUWANEE TO HOST 30TH ANNUAL SUWANEE DAY The City of Suwanee located in the Northern Corridor of Atlanta will be celebrating its 30th annual Suwanee Day on September 21 at the amazing Town Center Park. Free shuttle to and from off site parking will begin at 7:30 AM and continue through 10:30 PM. The festivities will kick off with a parade at 9:00 AM. There will be marching bands, floats and entertaining troupes participating.
