Searching for Chastain Park homes for sale can be a real challenge. One would think it should be easy. Ahh, the age old question... In Chastain Park, not much happens below $400k. In the last couple of years record low sales have been: 2006 - $350,000 2007 - $410,000 Thus far in 2008, the record low happens to be a foreclosure that sold for $345,000 with six offers the first day it hit the market. That home has since been renovated and is now back on the market at $975,000. The lowest "normal" sale has been $432,500.
