I met these buyers in Starbucks about 5 years ago.
They are awesome people who told me when they decided to sell their home in Viera, FL they would call me!
I see the husband often at Starbucks and we talk about a range of issues including the real estate market.

My buyers came in from Ohio with a very interesting story. They had been working with a local Realtor for about three months. They set up a time to fly in with the express purpose of buying a home.
With about a week to go before their visit, the Realtor stopped calling them back...NOTHING, no contact at all. They became frantic and called their brother (who lived locally). Sometimes we are taking care of senior citizens who are looking for a final home with services like roof replacement and lawn care.
On occasion the two meet and we make a deal that benefits both.
