buyers agent: Quest for the Right Agent Continues...It won't be this one either - 11/09/09 02:43 AM
I recently started the quest for finding a new real estate agent to join my team as a buyers agent.  As an REO Listing Agent I believe I offer anyone willing to work hard the opportunity to earn a lot of money by having the inside scoop on new listings before they ever hit the market as well as leads that are generated and captured with our sign calls and toll free number as well as our extensive Internet marketing program and excellent location next door to the local Starbucks.  Being the ONLY real estate office in the zip code doesn't … (2 comments)

buyers agent: What is So Difficult about an ALL CASH OFFER? - 09/22/09 06:04 AM
I have been on the abuse side or REO Listing Agent Bashing for a couple of days now after my blog post, Do Buyers Think They are Getting Slick? Was featured on ActiveRain.  OK, there are a lot of good points there and some great conversation to help make things better.  By the way, I have had several of my asset managers read through the blog and subsequent conversation that followed and the best I can get out of them at this point is something along the line of "interesting".  We'll see what comes of that.I also wrote another blog article … (6 comments)
