Buying a home has many different aspects. As a REALTOR® my job begins when I first meet my buyers and LISTEN to what they are looking for. Lenders are doing whatever they can to sell their inventory of REO homes. There are entire portfolios being sold wholesale for 60 to 70 cents on the dollar of the BPO price-which can be a great deal if you have $10 million or more to invest. Most homes are being assigned to REALTORS® like myself to list, market, maintain and sell the assets on the retail real estate market.
