training: How I Organized My Real Estate Office Search

In my prior blog post, I set out on the goal of finding a new real estate office in the Temecula – Murrieta Valley, to hang my California Real Estate license. It has been two years since I have actively sold real estate – so it is important that I find the right office to help nurture me back onto the path of success in real estate. After all, what other professional would anyone ever want to use if they did not keep up-to-date on the latest laws, trends and acceptable ways of performing their duties? My Breakthrough on Creating Rapportby John Occhi, Hemet CA REALTORReal Estate, Hemet CAYesterday I wrote that I had attended a 3 day training presented by Tom Ferry, at the Riverside Convention Center. The name of the program is TAG - The Appointment Game!. There was definitely a lot of energy and excitement in the air.I try to attend trainings on a regular basis, even thought I know the presenter has his agenda of selling me something. OK, fair trade.
