For most people $ is the "bottom line". So why pay for your clients? Lets explore this. Realtors that use our services know that they save money on marketing and time on the market therefore, "newsflash"---more money in your pocket. We are finding that once a Realtor sees for himself the level of service and products that we use he is asking that every house be staged before listed. Time is always running out. Between that first phone call, site visit, phone calls, paperwork, phone calls, site visit, more paperwork, more phone calls, trying to make sure the home is being prepared and ready for showing, you don't know if you are coming or going. What if you could call one person and be confident that the home would be ready to show. One person one phone call, that would add hours to your day. Cinderella probably would not have won her Prince Charming had she worn her maid outfit to the ball. The Fairygodmother knew this so she "dressed" her for the best image. That is what Staging is all about...."Dressing your home for success" to get the best image. The way you live in your home and the way you sell your house are two different things. You have to change your mind set from "your home" to "a marketable product". The benefits of staging far excede any investment. Think about what your initial response is when you walk into a dirty house. It will probably be somewhere near the fixer upper with a lower price category. We don't want that, so bring the sparkle back. When we are called to do a report for the Realtor and homeowner on how to get the home ready for sale we often see a dirty home. Dirty homes are a turnoff. We recommend that before you list your home have a service come into the home and professionally clean it. Bring the sparkle back. Inside and outside.
