The following home was well staged, in a great location, and absolutely beautiful. The problem (other than a down market): mediocre photos and no web site. This house was previously listed with another agent but when that agent's contract was up, the seller turned to my favorite clients to take the listing to the next level. And they always do! These agents are great because they market the heck out of their listings. They called me in to give the house brand spanking new photos and a professional web site.
