One the biggest complaints clients share with me before training is their concern about lower back pain. Majority of them have an office job that consists of sitting for long periods of time. If parts of your body are not being trained either by daily activity or working out, naturally an um balance will occur in how your muscle carry your body weight. If one is experiencing lower back pain, a misconception is that you should train that area even more.
