Child #2 moves in to the Dorm Today! I called their Cell Phone at 8am to see what time they would head over to move in since they open the dorm office at 9am. They're already there, in line, waiting behind 25 other kids that couldn't wait to move out of their parents home!!!!

It still is easy to get a loan? Many qualify with scores even below the 580 mark but if you have a 580 and can prove your income and have 3 1/2% to put down, you should be able to get a loan?
