Sales in both of these markets have been very bullish and positive. But like so so much that is happening today – this market is full of contradictions. It seems as though every single day I hear another story about pets being put into shelters as a result of the sour economy. Continuing with my tour of pet-friendly cooperatives in White Plains, I am moving about on block away from Bristol House to the Surrey Strathmore on Bryant Ave. The Surrey Strathmore is a complex of six mid-rise buildings which surround a courtyard.
