North Shore Condo Report for 2023As you can see, our neighbors to the west and south have the most condos for sale. In Winnetka, the list-to-sell price ratio was over the list price and other villages were very close to full price.
Our North Shore villages of Winnetka, Wilmette, Glencoe, Northfield, Evanston, Glenview, and Northbrook all offer a wide spread in price as well. Wilmette had a sale for $125,000 and one for $1,150,000. There's truly something for everyone - if you're fast!

Winnetka North Shore Condo Report If you would like to buy a condo in one of the North Shore villages, some places are easier than others. As you can see from the chart (below) Winnetka, Glencoe, Kenilworth, and even Northfield have had few sales this year.
The larger communities of Evanston, Glenview, and Northbrook still have slightly lower sales than in 2019, but they still have most of the inventory.
Most condos are selling within a few percentage points of the original list price. Winnetka and Glencoe show that the sale price was higher than the asking price but with just 9 and 3 … (3 comments)

3rd Quarter North Shore Condo Report 2019
If you are looking to purchase a condo or townhouse, your choices are much larger in certain North Shore communities. Closest to Winnetka, Wilmette and Northfield have an abundant number of condos for sale. A little farther are Evanston and Glenview which have many hundreds for sale. Winnetka and Glencoe have a small inventory of condos which will likely continue to stay small.
The only new condo development in Winnetka will be on Green Bay Road between Tower and Pine and will consist of six high-end units. No info yet on price points or completion date … (0 comments)
