craigslist: Finding Buyers Through Online Ads- What's your biggest Challenge

As a virtual assistant company we are posting ads for our clients online through various sources. They tell us that they are getting calls from these ads and are happy with the postings. What we don't know is what kind of challenges they are having when trying to convert these buyers into clients. I'm looking for your feedback. In this market everyone knows that buyers are at a premium. No one wants to scare one off. When you as the agent receive a call about a specific property viewed on craigslist, are you prepared? Do you have a script in mind incase that home isn't for them? … (2 comments)
