  Many Real Estate Agents struggle to increase listings. They are constantly looking for leads and see few results from the leads that they do have.
So how do you increase your listings?
Do something that works for you!
Find a method of getting listings that is easiest for you and that works. If Buying Leads is easy for you, but the leads are low quality, you may need to try another method. If Marketing and Networking are less comfortable for you, but they give you great results, keep with it!

Believe it or not, I coined a new term.
They even named a movie after this term without asking my permission. But it’s true. You can even ask one of my coaching clients, Terry from Tulsa, who I was speaking with when I first uttered these fateful words:

The first week in January it was obvious that Buyers were coming into the market at a pace we haven’t seen in years.  It was apparent between Christmas and New Year’s Day for those working during that time.
So, on my free Daily webinars (www.FreeCoachingWebinars.com) I advised Agents to make contacts with:
1.      People who you were showing houses to in 2011
2.      People who said, wait until spring
3.      Your sold Clients from 2011
4.      Your referral sources from 2011
5.      Leads left over from 2011

leads: When is the Best Time to Make Calls? - 09/26/08 02:49 AM
I believe the best days and times to make lead generation calls are the ones you are most likely to show up for.  Many Agents choose evenings and although more people are home, by the time evening comes they don't have the motivation or energy to make the calls. 
Actually making the calls is obviously the key. 
So, there are a few keys to accomplishing this.
