It's true. ibuyers like 72 Sold, Offerpad, Zillow and Opendoor will NOT give you full market value for your home, in fact, you'll leave tens of thousands of dollars on the table for the "convenience" of a quick sell. BUT, if you allow me to sit down and game plan with you, I will show you how I can get more money in your pocket, in just as short amount of time and not giving your house away. Leaving Money on the Table with Opendoor - ibuyers taking your equity from you Its time to sell my personal home. We have a situation that requires at least 2 more rooms for a family member to live with us. I know my homes value (I am a Realtor, 20 years now and I average $10-$12M a year in annual sales, so I am no slouch). I priced my house after running comps, at a sweet spot of $474,900. Selling your Home to "Hedge Fund Buyers" vs. Listing with a Broker In recent months, our industry, at least in Arizona, seems to be getting bombarded with "Hedge Fund" buyers, IE companies like Open Door, & Offer Pad just to name a couple. We Buy Ugly Houses have been around for years, their model is simple, your house is less than move in ready, needs work, you just wanna jump ship, call them, they'll make you a "fair" offer, all cash and close as quickly as you'd like The Other two newer ones, mentioned above, seem to have a sliding scale on (0 comments)
