Mortgage Rates Continue to Drop in Charlotte NC Rates moved lower again this week ... a 30-YR Fixed Rate mortgage averaged 4.49%, down from 4.55% the prior week (per Freddie Mac). A 15-YR Fixed Rate mortgage also averaged lower at 3.68%, down from 3.74%.

Mortgage Rates Hit Six-Week Low in Charlotte NC Rates fell to a six-week low this week. Per Freddie Mac, A 30-YR fixed-rate mortgage averaged 4.78% this week. That's down from 4.8% last week. A 15-YR fixed-rate mortgage fell to 3.97% which is down from 4.02% last week. While the 1-YR adjusted rate mortgage averaged 3.15% which is unchanged from the prior week.
