There are two listings on market currently. Each of these town homes are very unique. They have custom floor plans, different lot sizes and each view is different. Springtime At The Cottages At Coffeepot
I spoke to the gardener of the Cottages At Coffeepot to let him know how nice the bulbs were looking. They start sprouting in mid February and by this week you can see that Spring is definitely here.
Every year it seemed like there were more bulbs sprouting around the community. Well, I learned that the gardener has added 3000 bulbs over the years. It absolutely looks beautiful with all these bulbs developing these yellow flowers this during Spring. Each of the 34 town homes have some bulbs planted somewhere at the front of the property.
