There is nothing stronger for promoting a listing than the visual - pdf flyers, slide shows, virtual tours and agent gallery. When you have pictures taken, be sure to use a professional - more about this at a later date. Then once you have your photos (as many as your MLS allows) be sure to use them creatively. You've paid for the photos once, now use them as many times as you can. I always put the pictures I take for the agents into a pdf flyer that is customized with the agent's photo, contact information, banner, mls info and … (4 comments)
