Most areas in Big Bear have plenty of trees. Some of the forest areas around Big Bear need fewer trees. Big Bear is definitely not Big Bare. Part of creating a healthy forest that is less likely to be taken by fire or bark beetles is making sure that the number of trees per acre are at a healthy level.

You might want to be the fourth Real Estate agent to list a house in our current Real Estate market. With many of the homes in our market taking 12 months or more to sell. Sellers seem to take that long to understand where they need to price their home to sell. Often we tell them that they need to be the best value and suggest a price that should get them sold, and then they shop agents until they find one that gives them a price that matches their perceived value.
