At home, I usually leave one or two of my computers on 24/7 in case I wake up in the middle of the night and wanted to do some work or am too lazy to close all the opened programs and files. This bad habit cost me about $10 - $15 per computer per month. Imagine a real estate office that have 5, 10, 20, or more computers that are left on 24/7.
