I don't know about anyone else, but the market here in Arizona has been very hot, just like our weather is HOT! Our market has been climbing for months. Although this has been a good thing for the economy, it has also been frustrating. While prices are rising, this means multiple offers, writing multiple contracts and trying to help clients not to become discouraged. Appraisals have also been a huge problem. Wow, can you say "HOT Seller's Market" here in Arizona!!! Supply and demand can make the real estate market go crazy, and that is what is happening in Arizona. I have written so many offers for my own family members and haven't been able to get an accepted contract. We've have offered 5-7K over the list price and haven't secured a home yet! Yikes...that is crazy and frustrating to say the least! With that being said, it worries me a little. This is how the market got out of control a few years ago. Does anyone else feel this way?
