I received an email forward from clients yesterday regarding a townhome found on Zillow.com that had caught their eye! 
393 days on the market, the report stated.  What's key here is the report says....days on Zillow.

In looking at tarmls.com, our Tucson Area Realtors Multiple Listing Service, the original listing was on the market 267 days.  The listing expired and is now back on the market at 85 days, for a total of 352 days.  Ok...so maybe a difference of 41 days in this particular incidence is not that much...but it isn't … (29 comments)
