So after years of having a Real Geeks website, I decided to make a change. I made this change for a few reasons, but mainly to trim an expense. I was spending 249.00 per month with Real Geeks and now I'm spending 59.95 including CRM. I was spending 39.95 per month for Ixact CRM which I will be canceling this month.
So before 289.00 per month and going forward 60.00 per month. Saving 229.00 per month or 2748.00 over the next 12 months. That is a lot of money.

Here are the things that I like best about Fairwinds in Bonita Springs. Also, you should know that there are two Fairwinds Communities next door to each other, so we call them Fairwinds 1 and Fairwinds 2.
This is my top SIX list of reasons to at least consider buying in Fairwinds.
1) The homes built by Pegasus Home Builders which is the majority of homes in these communities were built extremely well utilizing metal studs, 10 foot pieces of drywall, volume ceilings, tile roofs and so much more.

I feel that Bonita Springs is the pulse or perhaps the heart of SW Florida because of its location or should I say proximity to the beach, major shopping, great eateries, our airport, Southwest Florida International Airport or just RSW.
You are minutes from all the above by car which would include other SW Florida areas such as Old Naples or downtown Naples, Fort Myers Beach, Mercato, The Waterside Shops, Coastland Mall, The Naples Philharmonic and so much more.

There is one movie theater in the actual city of Bonita Springs, however many, if not most people think of Coconut Point as the location of this theater, but in all geographical reality, Coconut Point is in Estero.
So what is the name of this theater, where in the city of Bonita Springs is it, and how do I get there? It is called the Prado Stadium 12 and it is located 25251 Chamber of Commerce Drive Bonita Springs 34135.
It is just east of 41, Tamiami Tr in the Prado shopping center located between the stoplights of Bernwood and Timberwilde Drive. Timberwilde Drive is where Walgreens is located.

Our beaches in Bonita Springs are quite nice and only a short ride from I75 at Bonita Beach Road.
As a matter of fact, Barefoot Beach in wonderful Bonita Springs was rated the number TWO beach in the COUNTRY. Think about how many beaches there are throughout the country and our Bonita Springs has the number two beach, impressive to say the least.

So here my thoughts on the new Bonita Springs high school. Number one, I'd like to say that going forward for Bonita Springs, I think it is extremely important that the city has their own high school.
Being a local realtor and with a large portion of my sales generated specifically in Bonita Springs I find it almost embarrassing that I find my self in the position of telling my clients that we use the high school in Estero because we don't have our own.
From that standpoint alone, a build is necessary.

There are a few ways to determine what your home is worth or its sale or loan value.
The easiest and most costly is call a licensed home appraiser in your area, have this person do their job and you will have a fairly accurate value for your home. I say fairly accurate because it is possible to get 5 appraisals from 5 different appraisers without having two alike.
You also can use the assessed value given to your home in the tax records, in todays SW Florida market, you will typically find the tax value is significantly different from actual value.
