One thing that you can always say about the weather, you have a 50% chance of being wrong!  Our first major storm of the Autumn Season didn't hit us with the snow that I thought that it would.  I guess that if I were better at forecasting the weather, I would do that for a living!  We had a beaut...

I was reading a great title for a blog on Real Town, it was called "If You're Not Using Technology, You're Not In The Game," by Ana Bui.  I thought that was one of the best titles that I have seen in a couple of days.  Ana went on to talk about Docusign, which I am sure is a great product.  The t...

This is the one week a year that divides our house.  College Football is great, there are rivalries where feelings run almost as deeply as political rivalries do.  I know that the traditional rivalry weekend is usually in November or early December when the Army vs. Navy game is played.  This wee...

One thing that we enjoy here is the Four Seasons.  Sometimes one of the Season will be really short, and sometimes one season will make an early entrance to the other season.  This happens nearly every year here in Utah and especially Southern Utah.  The first week in October, you can almost bet ...

I did some analysis of our MLS sold statistics.  I used numbers beginning with sold figures from 9/30/2007 to 9/30/2008 and compared them to figures from 9/30/2008 through 9/29/2009.  They were interesting numbers:   Sept 30,2007 to Sept 30, 2008   High Low Average Median Total Price Units sold L...

Darcy and I noticed something that reminded us that we're not living in a big city.  We drove down the Mountain from Brian Head to Parowan and this is what we saw.  The Building on the left is the Parowan Swimming Pool, the photos were taken at the Lion's Park in Parowan. Yes there are 3 head of ...

These are some of the beautiful fall colors that Darcy and I are forced to to live with!  Note the heavy sarcasm, please!  I wish that we had a telephoto lens for our Nikon digital camera.  Maybe the next commission check!  It is a gorgeous Saturday afternoon here, I hope that the colors come thr...

These are some photos taken from the North Overlook of Cedar Breaks National Monument.  Darcy and I took this this morning, the sky is a little hazy, so the photos aren't as clear as I was hoping.  This is just one of several overlooks of the Park.

Our Mountains East of us have endured a devastating beetle kill over the past 15 years.  It is pretty sad to see. Today, Darcy and I were up on the Mountain in Brian Head shooting a Virtual Tour.  We decided to stop and take some photos for some Snap Shot Saturday Blogs and take some photographs....
