If you upgraded one or more of the following systems in 2012, you may be eligible to take a tax credit on your 2012 return. I read an interesting article today in one of the many real estate magazines I get each month. It was on how blogging turns social marketing into a money making machine....of course this got my attention. It explained social media as the "democratization of information" and offers us bloggers the chance to become "citizen journalists". RE/MAX Race to Recruit Week 2 I just finished week 2 of the race to recruit! This week was about "Map Your Course". I did exercises to identify my destination and make it to Victory Lane! I watched this video this morning with our office about offering DREAM ITEMS on listings instead of reducing the price on a listing that is not getting any showings. The video said buyers are stimulated by what excites their senses ( aren't we all?!) Sight Smell Sound Do you have listings that you are reducing by $10,000, $20,000 or more? Are you taking this challange? I admit I was not going to do this, recruiting is hard when you have to work to keep your brokerage running. Who has time for recruiting?
