buy home santa clarita: Extremely Low Inventory in Santa Clarita! and aroud the country! - 06/21/12 02:30 PM
Dear Clients, Friends & Fellow Realtors,
There is both good news and bad news for home buyers at this time.  The bad news first, competition for homes is as high or higher than it has been since the downturn began in October of 2005.  There is a lack of homes for sale.  Homes priced right, in good condition and good locations are selling quickly with multiple offers as they hit the market.
The good news is that for the first time in many years there is finally some assurance that home prices are either stable or rising.  This may mean that … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: There is an Unsung Hero helping you Sell and Buy Homes! - 04/11/12 04:12 PM
There is an Unsung Hero looking out for you!  Yes a Realtor is an unsung hero.  This true American Hero puts the needs and best interest of those they serve far above their needs and personal time that could be utilized sharing with their family.
Selling and Buying a Home is quite an urgent matter to the person doing so.  They entrust this sensitive matter in the hands of their Realtor.  Keep in mind that a Realtor has a Fiduciary relationship with their clients.  There are very few Fiduciaries such as a Doctor and Lawyer.  This relationship holds the Realtor to … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Winter Red Light, February to March Yellow Light & Easter Green Light! - 04/08/12 05:36 AM
It doesn't really matter too much whether in the freezing weather of New York or the Mild Winter of California, buyers buy less in the Winter in all parts of the Country.  This is just a tradition and the light turns Red after Halloween until after the first of each year.  Savvy Buyers do come out and test the waters once February begins.  More and more of them will make offers and this kind of set up the Yellow or Amber Light of buying.  This Season, just like a yellow lignt, warns that the next step is about to arrive.  It … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: When a Realtor charges nothing for their services that's what the client thinds it's worth! - 04/01/12 03:22 AM
Charge Nothing & Consumers Feel it's Worth Nothing!
The problem with the way real estate is sold and has been sold forever is too much is given away for Free!  The Realtor is trained and educated in many cases far more than most college graduates.  No other profession requires as much knowledge and continued education on a daily basis than a truly professional Realtor.  Law, Lending, Finance, Ethics, Fair Housing, personal relationships, Technology, Marketing and list of required knowledge and training goes on and on.
The Realtor spends endless hours researching the market to find the best homes for their client.  … (5 comments)

Thinking of Buying or Selling a Home? Don't Delay!
<!--StartFragment--><!--StartFragment--><!--StartFragment-->Jobs are coming back, consumer confidence is on the rise, home prices are increasing around the country and interest rates are being raised soon.  It is time to encourage first time buyer to get out and find that first home.  Good things come out of bad situations and buying a home now will benefit buyers now and financially into the future.  Home ownership offer far too many benefits and far outweighs and fears or concerns.
There is absolutely the most incredible news for home owners that owe more than their home is … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: What makes a great buyer's agent? - 03/08/12 12:54 AM
What makes a great buyer's agent? (My answer on the Trulia website)
The question refers to "Great" not Good buyer's agent and there is a major difference. A great agent, just as a great buyer's agent, is born not made. Selling can be taught but taking care of other's needs above your own is in a person's blood and DNA. One of the first lessons a Realtor should learn is that "no one cares what you know until they know that you care"! Expressing this in a manner that is believable is an art. Once a Realtor has the belief of … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Stop bringing me down, the real estate market is recovering, don't argue with me! - 01/25/12 06:46 PM
It is unfathomable for me to believe or understand why so many Realtor refuse to promote the belief that the real estate market has bottomed out and this is the best time in decades to buy a home.  There is no other industry known where the principal sales people would remain negative and by their attitude help to prolong the downturn.
Perhaps it's the many false hopes we have endured over the past three years.  It may just may be the steady beat down of the economy or even reading all of the negativity in the media.
There is a ground … (4 comments)

buy home santa clarita: I feel like the man starting the wave... - 10/05/11 06:26 PM
You know what it's like when your at a sporting event and one person wants to start the wave.  They try and try and then a couple of people join in and they try together.  It takes time and effort and most often it fails.  However at some point it catches on and the wave begins.  It grows momentum and self sustains.
I feel like the person that has been trying to get the wave started.  This wave is not at the stadium but much more significant.  It's been a goal to help save ourselves from ourselves.  You see the wave … (1 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Homes are that are not Short Sales or Foreclosures are now Selling at a Faster Pace! - 09/23/11 05:03 PM
Bank Owned homes also called REO or Foreclosures along with Short Sales have dominated the market for quite a few years.  There is a new trend happening all over the country.  More and more Traditionally Sold or Standard Sales have been happening daily.  There are many reasons for this.  The Lenders and Banks have been holding off from flooding the market.  They are assisting home owners to remain in their homes.  The home owners have been encourage to attempt to modify their loan or attempt to sell by short sale.  Home Owners have traditionally move within 5 to 7 years of … (1 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Are we mired in the midst of a double dip? - 09/15/11 01:21 PM
Newsletter sent to clients & friends Sept. 15, 2011
The economy and real estate market are mired in an apparent “double dip”!  However the underlying statistics continue to indicate that there will be a break through at a point in time that may not be so far off.  Many people, including myself, have called for any stimulus package be geared toward saving homes and raising home values.  Realistically we have the best stimulus in place right now.  Home prices being so low and interest rates nearing 4% should be all buyers need to get out and begin buying homes.
There are … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: It's all about you! - 09/09/11 05:55 PM
Being self centered is never a more important attribute than when it comes to buying a home!
There are many Realtors that choose to look "for you"
It is a much better idea to be looking with your!  A Realtor may know the local community and the best priced homes and most desirable location.  They may know exactly how many bedrooms you need and the maximum price you want to pay.  You may have even express the size of yard or whether you like a town home or detached home.  However these items are the numbers of the home purchase.  Buying … (1 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Don't look now, but buyers are once again coming out of the woodwork! - 09/05/11 06:39 PM
For some reason buyers seem to all be on the same wave length.  This phenomenon is unexplainable and the very same reason I've attempted to get buyers to buy while other sit on the side lines.  Home sales plummet and few buyers take advantage then overnight buyer, all at once, start buying.  Few had taken advantage of the market and all of the sudden homes are getting multiple offers and interest rates jump a half point or more.  So buyers stop buying, prices drop, interest rates drop, bargains are to be had and buyers stop buying.  This is the roller coaster … (3 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Be wise when buying a home and there is no risk! - 07/11/11 10:11 AM
The biggest fear and thus the road block that is stopping the recovery of the real estate market is this question, "what happens if I buy a home and prices continue to fall?"
This is a wise thought process but not a legitimate concern if a buyer follows the following rules:
Work with a "Local Professional Knowledgeable Realtor that has your best interest as the one and only concern" Follow the top rule in buying a home "Location, Location, Location" Find a home that is within your means, affordable and the best potential resale value. Work with a Lender that knows … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: The real estate maket is stable as buyers and sellers now have equal footing! - 05/08/11 07:01 PM
It is beginning to look like we are now in a level market for the first time since 2005.  There is not tax credit to stimulate the economy and thus prices have found their level. The banks and lending institutions have been successful in holding on to their excess inventory long enough for consumers to have confidence in the future of America once again.
Proof of this stabilization is easy to see.  Fuel prices have take a huge jump yet auto sales are skyrocketing and consumers are spending money once again.  Jobs are coming back and restaurants are full again.

buy home santa clarita: Negativity is helping same the American Dream of Home Ownership! - 03/18/11 08:07 PM
Home ownership should continue to be a major part of the American Dream for as long as America exists!  The roots of our country began with putting a stake in the ground and having a place of our own.  The benefits are financial, pride of ownership and planting roots.
All of the negative news about the real estate market and future of home ownership not being the future American Dream are essential and will lead to a strong, lasting real estate market.  This will also help bring back home buyers and owners that are committed and qualified to own a … (2 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Fight for Freedom in the Middle East may lead to a lasting recovery in housing market! - 02/23/11 04:36 AM
Freedom comes with a cost!  Many will and have died in the Middle East much like those that died to bring Freedom to Americans in our fight for Freedom.
The initial fallout of this Freedom Fight is uncertainty around the World.  Let's support the Freedom Fighters with our Prayers and Moral Support so that they may end up with a Democratic life style in the future and hopefully be at peace with America and feel our love and support.
The fall of dictators is a major historic change and also could be the last missing piece of the puzzle needed in … (2 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Does High Volume mean High Knowledge in regards to choosing your Realtor? - 01/12/11 07:17 AM
Many sales people have been driven by numbers.  Some of the highest performers based on volume, total sales and most money earned couldn't care less about the people that they represent.  In fact total sales may have very little to do with the quality of the sales person and more to do with their power of persuasion.
Keep in mind that a person can be in business for 30 years yet have only 1 years experience 30 times.  A Great Realtor in business for 30 years  will bring you all 30 years of experience!
There are many trainers in real estate that … (0 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Homes aren't Selling! I'll Wait!!! - 11/23/10 12:55 PM
Buyers are waiting for multiple offers.  Well guess what, they're here!  Homes are sitting on the market longer and then they're gone like a flash.  This is the time to take advantage of the real estate market, low prices, excess inventory, historically low interest rates and the beginning of home ownership.  The benefits of owning a home start once escrow closes.  Tax benefits are emence and knowing the location you will live and raise a family is settling!  Why wait and delay the pleasure and benefits of home ownership any longer?  Just like the Stock Market; Sell when other are Buying; … (2 comments)

buy home santa clarita: A Soldier's Story - Military Man looks for a home in Santa Clarita, Ca. - 12/10/09 06:44 PM
This is a true American tragedy!  An American Soldier with a lifetime commitment to serving and protecting our country is treated like a hero everywhere he goes.  He is now stationed in Southern California and feeling great about his service to our country and the way people look at their soldiers.
He wants to buy a home and knows that as a veteran and an overly qualified buyer there will be no problem getting a home.  He and his wife make offers on homes and even make the highest offer on a property.  In fact, the home owner counters back 4 … (3 comments)

buy home santa clarita: Valencia, Santa Clarita, Ca. & all home buyers get good & Bad news with Tax Credit Extension! - 11/12/09 07:47 AM
Too Much of a Good Thing?
The extension and expansion of the Buyer's Tax Credit to cover up to 70% of all home buyers is great news for home owners, businesses, Americans and especially Realtors!  But is it good news for home buyers?
The good news for home buyers is "free" money!  Buyers have another opportunity to take advantage of up to $8,000 of a tax credit if in escrow by April 30, 2010 and the escrow closes by June 30, 2010.  This is great news for many home buyers.
The bad news for home buyers is that this same incentive … (1 comments)
