We're often concerned with the "big picture" when staging homes. Sorting out furniture that needs to be brought in, or rearranging existing furniture is extremely important. The big picture concerns itself with where art should be placed, adding area rugs and dressing the sofas with coordinating cushions. The "Cosmo" only recently opened in December 2010, and is situated right smack dab on the main strip, next door to the Bellagio. My company, Exit Stage Right, was hired recently to prepare this cute bungalow for sale. This home has a lot of great features, including beautiful, refinished, hardwood floors with inlay, and a wood-burning fireplace. When I first visited the home, it was clear that two young children had invaded the space with all their toys, bouncy chairs, cute baby pictures, sippy cups etc. This is life with young children, and completely understandable.
