I have always enjoyed watching commercials from overseas. They somehow seem to take more risks or include humor more than we do in the States. I came across this video marketing piece for a classy property on the Australian Gold Coast. I think it's a breath of fresh air but wander if you think we are ready for this type of marketing in the USA? I know I'd love to buy the property... but only if the hunk comes with it!
