Short sales are not a wonderful option and there are negatives but at least you'll be proactively fighting to put your life back together rather than letting circumstances roll over you and keep your life on hold for years longer.
When it looks like you’ll lose your house to foreclosure, would you stand idly by and watch the bank take your home out from under you? Or would you try to fix the problem?
