This past Tuesday, a group of realtors from Keller Williams Realty Professionals held a FTHB class that was a great success! The class was approximately 1 1/2 hours long and covered such topics as the $8000 tax credit (in depth), the Colorado loan programs available to first time home buyers and an 8 step home buying process. We had lots of professional services available at the class to answer questions and help alleviate fears these new buyers might have. The feedback was extremely positive and we received some prominent news coverage that really boosted interest in this class during and after the event was held. Based on this success, we will be conducting additional First Time Home Buyer classes each month until October, 2009.
