Selling Your Kitsap County WA Home

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty West Sound WA State 52404

Let’s face it, these are challenging times, especially for Sellers. Nearly half of the market areas in Kitsap County WA have more than a year’s worth inventory of homes currently available for purchase. Add to that mix the decreasing property valuations, along with an increase in short sales and foreclosures, and the result is an intensely competitive and difficult market dynamic for Sellers.

So what viable home marketing options are available for today’s Sellers in the midst of such dire circumstances?

To learn more about the options available for selling your home in today's tough market, go to SOUNDBITEBLOG (opens up in a separate window for your viewing ease).

Could there be a better time for someone to buy in Kitsap County WA from Rich Jacobson? I don't think so. Interest rates, selection, and the price makes this a time of opportunity to purchase.

Rich, you've given some great info on why one should hire a well qualified professional Realtor. As a stager, I meet FSBO's who have lost money by trying to DIY, all to save a buck. I know one FSBO who could have had the house sold last year had they listed with a Realtor, but they are still sitting there, sign in the yard, with yet another "reduced price" rider tacked on it.

Rich,

It seems to me that they would be singing in the right tune if they had you in the equation.

Hi Rich, our inventory has been increasing every month this year, and it was already waaaaaay too high. I do not quite understand why realtors are excited about MORE listings right now... at least in this particular area.
