Wouldn't a place in Maine be neat to vacation at, invest in if not too much money. Maybe your brother in law that is not a bad guy will go in on it too. $Teens. Catch? WARNING: The renter in here previously. He was a very bad renter.
He made the place look like the aftermath of a Stephen King movie, except no blood or spirits and the building was the only thing that got hurt. Watch the movie..the location on water is what you are after and proximity to skiing, snowsled trails, hunting, fishing spots and four wheeler trails. Maine, it's the way life should be.
