IN THIS ECONOMY, WHAT TO TELL YOUR CLIENTS AND WHAT TO TELL YOURSELF?
Warren Buffet recently said, “When everyone is greedy its time to sell and when everyone is afraid its time to buy.”  That is the classic contrarian’s notion so let’s take a good look at it. If you where to be objective, overcome your fear and be honest you would you say this is obviously the time to buy. But do you have the courage to really be a contrarian? That is the question. Will you actually do it? Do you have the courage of your convictions?
Don’t react, act, now is the time to invest in real estate and in your own career as an agent or a broker.
Whether it’s a year or five years, I promise you there will come a day when people will look back at this time and say. That was the time of golden opportunity. The people who where smart enough to invest then really came out great, they where the lucky ones, we don’t have the investment opportunities today that they had back then. Of course they will be wrong about one thing. There will be opportunities then as well. At that time it may not be the time to buy but it may be the time to sell. Take the opportunity now during this period of low prices and a struggling economy to contact buyers and show them that its time to buy
