Well, I have come down with a summer cold. Hopefully not th swine flu. Started on Monday with stuffy nose and a bit of coughing.
Have you all had the Swine Flu and if so ...tell me what to expect if I should have it.
No fever as of yet.
I am drinking plenty of juice and water and taking congestions medicine.

I doubt it's swine flu. There is a cold going around though. So far it's gone through a couple of my kids (all young adults). It doesn't appear to be earth shattering, just annoying. Chest congestion, cough, a little wheezing here and there and somewhat tired. Seems to last about a week and then gone.

Ginger, it's a good idea to take Vitamin C, especially when you're under the weather. Also Echinacea and acidophilus if you're on an antibiotic. It will help you get better faster!
