Posted a similar graph two days ago and the numbers from then and today are so similar that I thought I would post another market report to show how close the numbers are!  Encouraging that the numbers are staying steady!

Gabrielle - Interesting...I don't think we have a graph like that available for Sandpoint.  I'm going to look into it.  Is 43 solds in 24 hours good in a market your size?  It seems like a decent number.

Gab, I have a question, does sold in 24 hours mean that these homes sold in the last 24 hours or does this pertain to the total marketing time? I hope that doesn't sound stupid! =)

HELLO KENT!  It's terrific that our MLS is able to provide these stats - and it changes all day long as transactions happen.  43 is good - I have seen some days of 75 and as high as 92 SOLDS in 24 hours.   I also look at the number of listings and number of properties that go under contract in 24 hours and those are impressive with almost as many "active contingents" as there are new listings! Hope that helps answer.  Thanks for the comment! -- Gab

HEY PAUL! No question is silly!  The short answer is it represents the number of homes that have closed and individuals are handed the keys in any 24 hour time frame.  And the stats change all day long.  We are lucky here in Tucson to have continuously updated market information like that.  What is your system like in WA?  -- Gab  (PS - OK - irony - "I Loved Her First" is playing on the radio right now!  Reminds me to mention that I hope your daughter and new husband are doing well!)
