Special offer

Wordless Wednesday: Customers training starts early. Are you offering the tools to get them in your store?

Our customer of tomorrow is being trained at a young age.  They are also being conditioned to like our brand because we have tools they want to use.  My 2 year old only wants to shop at Food Lion because they have the "lil cart"  As much as I would like to shop at Harris Teeter it is met with total resistence by the decision maker in our house just because they don't have the tools.

How cute! We used to have a Food Lion here as well. She's adorable - her mind's set, now watch her shop! True woman.

Sheri - fantastic analogy!  She is adorable and it looks as though you have a great little helper on your hands!

Not sure where you are, but Harris Teeter in Wake Forest also has the little carts. I would think others would as well.
