Barbara, Pelican Bay is so unique. It is over two thousand acres, not gated, with 91 condo associations, many builders were involved so it is not a cookie cutter community. We have two private beach restaurants , a Philharmonic hall for upscale music, an upscale shopping center with Saks, Hermes, Tiffany, Gucci, William Sonoma, Polo, J. Crew and on and on and on. This is just a block and a half from my high rise. Oh, and I have 18 tennis courts and a fitness center. It is like a camp for grown ups.! :-)

Matt, Westinghouse developed Pelican Bay over thirty years ago and won all kinds of awards. Pelican Bay is like no other!
